Batteries and monitoring
Nickel cadmium, sealed lead acid and vented lead acid batteries are selected for the required duty and autonomy, with battery racks and monitoring systems integrated to suit the installation.

Explosion proof battery chargers, solar energy systems and load banks address specialised operating requirements, renewable-energy applications and system testing.
FROM REQUIREMENTS TO DELIVERY
A controlled process at every stage
Requirements and engineering
Review loads, autonomy, power supplies, environmental conditions, space, interfaces and applicable project requirements. Develop the system design, drawings and component selection around the application.
Procurement and assembly
Use approved suppliers, verify incoming components and carry out fabrication, wiring and assembly against controlled drawings. Inspection covers workmanship, identification, connections and traceability.
Inspection and factory testing
Check mechanical completion, wiring, polarity, earthing and protection. Factory acceptance testing verifies agreed operating modes, alarms, indications, performance and interfaces against the approved test procedure.
Documentation and dispatch
Record test results and close factory punch-list items wherever possible before delivery. Prepare the agreed drawings, reports, manuals and maintenance information, with packaging and logistics planned for the project.
